cannot view embedded images in Outlook 2003?

There is a registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security. It contains a key called "OutlookSecureTempFolder "
Follow that string with windows explorer inside that folder is all the images. delete the contents of the folder.
